Does support end once I'm hired?
No — job coaches stay involved after placement. Getting hired and actually keeping/thriving in a job are different challenges, and support continues through both.
Do I need previous work experience to start?
No. Vocational development is part of this service specifically for people who don't have much work history yet.
Will a job coach actually come to my workplace?
Yes — that's a deliberate part of how this works, not just classroom-based training beforehand.
