Developmental Disability Services

“Your goals. Your life. Our full support.”

Habilitation and supported living, centered on your goals. Very few providers hold both DDD enrollment and behavioral health licensing under one roof — we do.

Developmental Disability Services
About This Service

Having a developmental disability does not define what you can do, where you can live, or what your life can become. As a DDD-enrolled provider serving Glendale and greater Maricopa County, we build habilitation plans that teach real skills for a real life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to already be enrolled in DDD to start these services? +

Not necessarily — call us and we'll help you understand where you are in that process and what's possible now versus what depends on enrollment status.

What's the difference between habilitation and supported living? +

Habilitation focuses on building specific skills toward your goals — communication, daily living, independence. Supported living is more about the ongoing, day-to-day support that helps you live where and how you want. Many people use both together.

Can these services work alongside behavioral health care at the same time? +

Yes — that's actually the point of having both under one roof. Your team can coordinate rather than you having to manage two separate providers who don't talk to each other.

Who decides what my goals are — me, my family, or the care team? +

You do. Family input matters and is welcome, but the goals are built around what you actually want your life to look like.
